And the best part is, I have yet to do a sit-up." ### Sid N. 54 Years Old, 4 Handicap ![Logo-Icon](https://www.golffitnesssolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Logo-Icon.webp?width=125&height=137&name=Logo-Icon.webp "Logo-Icon") ## "When I started with Adam, I was having difficulty swinging the club due to a shoulder injury. Now, I have no pain in that shoulder, I hit the ball 20 yards longer, and I've dropped from an 18 to a 14 handicap." ### Al Edw. 75 Years Old, 14 Handicap ![Logo-Icon](https://www.golffitnesssolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Logo-Icon.webp?width=125&height=137&name=Logo-Icon.webp "Logo-Icon") ## “Adam’s training helped me harness my strength and that has allowed me to hit the ball further than I ever thought I could. With the plan he laid out I have knocked off 4 strokes on my index and made golf that much more fun." ### CONRAD E. 43 Years Old, 12 Handicap ![Logo-Icon](https://www.golffitnesssolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Logo-Icon.webp?width=125&height=137&name=Logo-Icon.webp "Logo-Icon") ## “Adam has been great at motivating me to work out with consistency while still honoring my extremely busy schedule.
