At Golf Fitness Solutions, our philosophy is simple:
Move Better. Feel Better. Play Better.

We help golfers improve their bodies so they can play with more strength, mobility, confidence, and consistency. Every program starts with an assessment, so we can identify what may be limiting your swing, your comfort, or your performance on the course.
From there, we build a plan around your goals. Whether you train 1-on-1, in a group setting, or through a combination of training, stretching, massage, recovery, and nutrition support, our goal is to help you move better, feel better, and play better for years to come.

Group Training

Group Class is GFS’s most accessible training option. It gives golfers a structured way to build strength, mobility, stability, and confidence in a larger group setting while still following a golf-specific training
system.

Group training is ideal for clients who want to improve their fitness and golf body but do not need highly individualized coaching every session.

Stretch Class

Stretch Class is a guided golf-specific mobility and recovery class designed to help golfers move better, feel less restricted, and build a consistent routine that supports better training and better golf.

This is not random stretching. The class is built around the mobility demands of golf: hips, shoulders, thoracic spine, ankles, posture, rotation, and breathing.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training is for golfers who want a more personalized experience without the cost of fully private training.

Clients train in a small group setting with more coaching attention, better exercise modification, and programming that can be adjusted around their screen, goals, and limitations.

Hybrid Training is designed for clients who need more than a class but do not necessarily need private coaching every session. It blends individual assessment, custom programming, group or semi-private
sessions, at-home work, and recovery recommendations into one connected plan.

Hybrid is the best fit for clients who want a clearer roadmap and are willing to do some work on their
own between coached sessions.

1-on-1 Training is the highest-touch GFS service. It is built for clients who need fully personalized coaching, close supervision, custom programming, and a clear plan based on their body, goals, and golf
